What does the accommodation reservation include?
The reservation includes the use of the pool and social areas. Breakfast is not included.
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellations or modifications can be requested 6 days prior to the arrival date without charge. If done within a time shorter than this period, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged. For more information visit our Terms and Conditions page.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00 hours.
What is the rate for minors?
A fare will be charged to minors over the age of four, which corresponds to the value of the adult fare.
Where is Auen Posada Andina located and how to get there?
Auen Posada Andina is located in the Central Cordillera of Colombia, in the rural area of the municipality of Guadalajara de Buga – Department of Valle del Cauca, an hour and a half from the north of Santiago de Cali and 30 minutes from the metropolitan area of Guadalajara de Buga.
To get to Auen Posada Andina you must drive the highway via Buga – La Magdalena. Upon reaching the main park of La Magdalena, turn right onto the street of Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe and continue straight along this road, which leads directly to the Hotel, for approximately 5 minutes. The road is paved and can be reached by car.
From Alfonso Bonilla Aragón airport, the journey takes 1 hour 30 minutes to the Hotel. We offer transportation service with trusted taxi drivers. If you wish to request this service, you can contact us prior to your arrival.
What is the climate like in the region where Auen Posada Andina is located?
Auen Posada Andina is located 1600 meters above sea level in a tropical climate. The rainy seasons are from March/April to May/June and from October to December. During the day the temperature is 25°C and at night 18 to 20°C. Air conditioning is not necessary.
What are the facilities like and what services do they offer?
At Auen Posada Andina you will find large indoor and outdoor terraces with beautiful gardens, a reading room with fireplace, a spacious multipurpose room, a restaurant with a dining area overlooking the mountains, a crafts and regional products store, a large court for different sports activities, a swimming pool with spring water and a bonfire area.
Can I bring my pet?
For operational reasons, pets are not allowed.
What are the restaurant hours at Auen Posada Andina?
Our restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday. We serve breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, dunch from 15:30 to 18:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:00.
Who should reserve the service at the Auen Posada Andina restaurant?
All people who are not staying at our hotel must make a reservation to access the restaurant service. The reservation must be made at least one day prior to the day of the visit, either by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
What type of menu does the Auen Posada Andina restaurant offer?
Our cuisine is authentic, natural and healthy. We offer four breakfast options, prepare creative lunches every day and serve three three-course menus of international food for dinner. In our menu you can also find vegetarian and vegan options. For more information see our Restaurant page.
What activities can be done near to of Auen Posada Andina?
A few minutes from Auen Posada Andina you will find beautiful natural landscapes, waterfalls, streams and the mighty Guadalajara River. In this area you can do different activities such as hiking, horseback riding or bird watching.
In Guadalajara de Buga you can visit one of the most representative buildings in the region: the Basílica Menor Señor de Los Milagros.
